SUBSTANCE: in device (V) for sewage, in particular check valve (R), having housing (1), having sight hole (30) with edge (8) forming outer contour (9), at edge (8) of the hole there is at least one upwardly projecting interaction element (10), and at least one insertion hole (22) is provided in cover (4) by supporting element (11) protruding upwards like a stack, along the length of insertion hole (22), and interaction element (10) and support element (11) are located at a distance from outer contour (9).
EFFECT: for installation of device (V) in shaft there is open outward groove (7) of seal, which adjoins edge (8) of hole in its external contour (9) for radial seal (27) of replaceable mounting funnel (28), pushed to external surface of housing (1).
