FIELD: refrigerating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: expander set for a working medium used in a closed cycle using a waste heat unit operating using a Rankine cycle, includes an expander device, an inlet and an outlet branch pipes connected to the current generator, as well as a pipeline system. Aerosol generating unit which generates an aerosol of the lubricant, and a working medium directed to the expander device, is connected to the inlet nozzle. Aerosol generating assembly has a flow guide device for working medium with a concentrating section which concentrates the lubricating agent transported in the common working fluid flow supplied to the expander device to aerosol particles. From the aerosol particle flow guide, together with the working medium partial mass flow, withdrawn from the total mass flow of the working fluid, comes out in the form of a mass flow of the lubricant aerosol. System of pipelines for aerosol lubrication directs mass flow of lubricant aerosol to lubricating points of expander device of expander device. Another invention of the group refers to a method for operation of the said expander unit, in which the working medium is directed in the aerosol generating unit so that in the common mass flow of the working medium supplied to the expander device, the lubricating agent transported together with the lubricant is concentrated into aerosol particles. From aerosol particles, together with working medium mass partial flow separated from total mass flow of working medium, mass flow of lubricant aerosol is formed, which system of pipelines for aerosol lubrication brings to lubrication points of expander device.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to lubricate an expander device without the need to separate the lubricant from the working medium.
