SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in spray systems for cooling and/or lubrication of the cutting zone during processing. The spray unit (2) has a system (8) of chambers with an internal space (9) of the chamber system, at least one first supply channel (10) for supplying a first flow (11) of compressed air through the internal space (9) of the chamber system to the conductive channel (12) and an injection valve (13) for injecting coolant and/or lubricant (4) into the injection area (14) into the first compressed air flow (11) in the internal space (9) of the chamber system. The spray unit (2) has at least one second supply channel (15) for supplying a second flow (16) of compressed air through the internal space (9) of the chamber system to the conductive channel (12), while the spray unit (2) is designed in such a way that the second compressed air stream (16) downstream of the injection area (14) is combined with the first compressed air stream (11) and, if necessary, the coolant and/or lubricant (4) injected into the first compressed air stream (11) in one transport stream (17) for transporting the injected coolant and/or lubricant (4), after which the transport stream (17) is directed through a conductive channel (12) to the treatment zone. A corresponding system and method for producing an aerosol spray agent, as well as a processing unit, are proposed.

EFFECT: use of the inventions makes it possible to improve the quality of the resulting aerosol product and speed up the process of changing spray parameters.
