SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a seat belt guide assembly and a safety assembly for a vehicle, a seat and versions of the vehicle. Safety belt guide assembly includes a belt guide forming a slit for sliding the safety belt tape, a pin mounted on the band guide, and a channel to be arranged to slide the pin and provide a path for the band guide. Resilient element can be located in channel for pin displacement. Belt guide comprises base and cover to make slot together. Cover is pivotally attached to the base at the first end and has a release buckle located at the opposite end. Pin can be formed by a rod attached to the tape guide and a head attached to the rod. Head configurations provide rotational and/or pivotal motion of the band guide. Also, there is a seat, a vehicle and a seat belt assembly including the described tape guide.
EFFECT: higher comfort and convenience when using a safety belt.
