SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Phototherapy apparatus using a pain location input into a phototherapy apparatus for facilitating nociceptive pain of a user's body part by illuminating at least a portion of a body portion. System of controlled light sources includes at least one light source placed on the structure of the patch so as to enable phototherapeutic illumination of a part of the body. User interface, for example, a touch panel, is configured to receive input from the user relative to the spatial position on the body, where the user feels pain.
EFFECT: control system is configured to control the system of controlled light sources in accordance with said input from the user, for example, spatial amplification of lighting in a position where the user indicates a sensation of pain; for example, the device can be controlled using wireless communication technologies from a smartphone, in which a body map can be displayed, wherein the user indicates on that map where he or she feels pain.
