SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used for local treatment of mild and moderate periodontitis. That is ensured by removing dental deposits and curettage of periodontal pockets. Irrigating solution for ultrasonic irrigation of periodontal pockets in scaling and closed curettage is represented by solution of Antiran preparation containing Antiran and distilled water in ratio 1:3. After ultrasonic irrigation, a protective gingival dressing is applied for a day. That is followed by transmembrane dialysis daily for 20 minutes. With mild severity of periodontitis, transmembral dialysis is performed for 3 days. Average periodontitis is 5 days.

EFFECT: method provides the effective treatment of periodontitis ensured by the revealed possibility of correction of the structure and haemodynamics of the periodontium caused by the combination of irrigation with Antiran in a certain volume ratio in a solution with ultrasonic scaling and transmembrane dialysis.
