SUBSTANCE: dental deposits are removed and periodontal pockets curettage is performed. UV radiation is applied locally to the periodontal pocket of each affected tooth with a wave length of 253-270 nm, with power of 400-410 mW in continuous mode. Exposure time - 10-20 seconds. Exposure is carried out once a day, for 7 days.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of treatment due to inflammatory process relief, denaturation of pathogenic organisms molecules, periodontal pockets healing, reduced bleeding.
