FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering, is intended for data exchange and can be used in testing radio links and monitoring information exchange between mobile objects and ground systems. Technical result is achieved due to the introduction of a flight and communication plans formation unit on the ground complex, the second on-board computer, the information source, the memory unit, as well as the corresponding links on each mobile object.
EFFECT: high reliability of communication, quality and volume of transmitted information from sources installed on mobile objects, creating a single information space and a self-organizing communication network for objects of a radio communication system.
