FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test equipment, in particular, to tests of axial turbomachines for gas-turbine plants. Installation for testing parts of a turbomachine comprises a model axial compressor with detachable parts, in the housing of which there is an output stator with guide vanes located in the compressor flow channel, a drive shaft with a blade impeller located upstream of the output stator, an annular above-rotor device located concentrically to the flow channel, static pressure receivers placed in the flow channel, and combined combs located at inlet and outlet of flow channel and having deflectors, in which there are installed full pressure receivers and temperature sensors. Above-rotor device is made in the form of at least two coaxial detachable ring spacers with slit-like through slots installed in the axial compressor casing with formation of a above-rotor cavity interconnected with the flow channel through slit-like through slots of annular spacers, wherein each annular spacer is installed with possibility of rotation relative to drive shaft axis and is equipped with self-contained drive and its angular position fixing, and the installation is equipped with a flow direction sensor and additional static pressure receivers and temperature sensors installed in the above-rotor cavity.
EFFECT: reduced labor intensiveness and time expenditures for performance testing and optimization of parameters of above-rotor device with slit-like through slots of axial turbomachines.
