FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment, in particular to testing blade machines for gas turbine plants, and can be used in research and testing of turbochargers in general and power engineering. The device for gas-dynamic testing of blade machines of a gas turbine plant contains a test chamber in which the tested blade machine is installed with the formation of an annular flow channel, a source of compressed air with an air flow regulator connected to the inlet of the flow channel of the test chamber, a removable interceptor located in the flow channel in front of the tested blade machine. The spoiler is an annular mesh sector insert made according to the cross-sectional shape of the flow channel, and the device for adjusting the spoiler is made in the form of a small wind tunnel with a rectangular cross section of the inner channel, containing a fan connected to the inlet of the inner channel, a flow regulator installed at the inlet of the internal channel, a rectangular frame spacer placed in the cross section of the internal channel and having guide surfaces for installing sector fragments similar to one of the sectors of the annular mesh sector insert, as well as full pressure sensors and static pressure sensors installed in the internal channel between the frame spacer and the outlet internal channel and placed in the cross section of the internal channel similarly to the location of the same sensors relative to one of the sectors of the annular mesh sector insert installed at the entrance to the tested blade machines.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability and accuracy of test results in the design and modeling of gas turbine blades.
