FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopedics. Apparatus for eliminating a foot dislocation, tibiofibular syndesmosis diastasis, ankle fragment displacement and transarticular fixation of the foot to the tibia comprises a bed with a sledge, a screw and a scale with millimeters. Two plates with filament pads repeating anatomical forms of the ankles have inner telescopic rods, wherein one of the rods is fixed, and the other on slides moves along bed with possibility of approach and separation in relation to first by means of screw. Distance between inner surfaces of said slots is measured by means of said scale. External telescopic rods are pivotally mounted on the outside of said rams, which have fixation elements to the foot at the proximal ends, and the distal ends are provided with a movable fixator of the needle guide for the transarticular fixation of the foot to the tibia, consisting of a body attached to the end of external telescopic rods by means of fixing nuts. In body body there is groove for detachable guide with channels for spokes, which can move inside and outside, and fixation to housing by locking screw.

EFFECT: invention provides improved results of treating severe mechanical damages of the bone-capsular-ligamentous base of the ankle joint.
