SUBSTANCE: use in the field of electric power engineering for automatic frequency unloading of power district in case of emergency power shortage. Performing preliminary simulation of functioning of power district in various circuit-mode conditions and variants of realization of automatic frequency unloading without time delay (AFU1) in the form of groups-queues of consumers of stages for load disconnection, AFU1 settings depending on mode of functioning of power district, measuring currents in branches and voltages in nodes of power district, position of electric power installations electrical installations switching devices is determined and power industry operation mode is determined, active power deficiency is estimated, voltage and rate of change of voltage in nodes of power district and by values of deficiency of active power, frequency, rate of change of frequency, corresponding to the version of the AFU1 implementation, selecting the need to input the second turn of the AFU1, as well as changes in the load disconnection load disconnection depending on the voltage drop in the power district nodes, and according to the selected version of the AFU1, the AFU1 second turn volumes and the consumers load disconnection voltages at the voltage reduction, the consumers disconnected loads in the power districts units are determined, commands are issued for disconnection of load volumes in units of power district through terminals of anti-emergency automatics installed in units of power district.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency, accuracy and reliability of method of automatic frequency unloading of power district.
