SUBSTANCE: comparing three pairs of parameters characterizing power supply to industrial power district, when as first parameter of first pair of parameters receiving time of dead time before automatic reclosure at input switch, as the second parameter of the first pair of parameters, the time is taken between occurrence of short circuit current at the input of the supply transformer on the low-voltage side to the input switch of the double-transformer substation, as the first parameter of the second pair of parameters, the power of the connected emergency load is received, and backup input power is taken as the second parameter of the second pair of parameters, the first parameter of the third parameter pair is the voltage frequency on the redundant bus section of the two-transformer substation, and as the second parameter of the third pair of parameters, the voltage frequency is accepted on the backup section of the buses of the two-transformer substation and additionally the actuation of the start-up element is controlled by the frequency difference between the bus sections and corresponding control actions are formed based on the results.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency and reliability of ATE in order to reduce time of recovery of process mode of enterprise with loss of power supply from main power supply source.
