FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the vehicles electrical traction systems. Proposed vehicle comprises electric power source, electromotive case with electric motors for drive wheels and power control unit fixed on electromotive case configured to control electric motor electric power using electric power of electric power source. Power control unit comprises reactive elements and packaged unit, in which multiple power modules and multiple cooling devices are laid. Plurality of power modules comprises power semiconductor elements for conversion of electric energy. Pelleted unit is located so that direction of stacking of power modules and cooling devices is directed along longitudinal direction of vehicle in housing of power control unit. Reactive elements are located in the above housing in such a location that they do not overlap the packaged unit when viewed in the stacking direction.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the length of the power control unit installed in the vehicle.
