FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to installation of engine on pylon of aircraft. Method of engine (1) mounting on aircraft pylon consists in engine lifting in vertical direction to pylon, in docking with pylon by moving engine in other direction. Intermediate part (7) with interface designed to interact with appropriate interface provided on frame (6) is secured on pylon by means of fastening on suspension elements. Intermediate part (7) is fixed so that the frame can be positioned relative to the intermediate part after docking with the pylon.
EFFECT: invention increases protection of aircraft elements and reduces damage risks associated with engine mounting.
