FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road construction and can be used in construction of bases of roads and railways, road surfaces, as well as sites for various purposes. Composite mixture contains, wt. %: man-made soil 80.5–83.7, mineral binder - portland cement 6–8, high-molecular weight surfactant - product of polyaldol condensation of acetaldehyde 1–5, water - the rest. Proposed method consists in the following operations: delivery of man-made soil to the work site, soil distribution and loosening of the structural layer at the calculated depth, preparation of the aqueous solution of the high-molecular weight surfactant at the work site, uniform distribution of design amount of mineral binder throughout the surface of the structural layer, mixing of the treated soil, adding an aqueous solution of a high-molecular weight surfactant, followed by mixing, profiling and compaction.
EFFECT: technical result is the development of a mixture of concrete, having high strength for compression and stretching during bending without reducing frost resistance.
