FIELD: road construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road construction and can be used for the device of the base layers of road pavements of roads and railways. The soil mixture for road construction contains man-made soil-sand from crushing screenings of fraction 0-5 mm; mechanically activated dry capture fly ash; mineral binder - Portland cement with mineral additives - strength class 32.5, fast hardening; polymer composite in the form of a colloidal solution of high molecular weight surfactants: poly (1-carbamoylethylene) and polyvinyl acetate hydrolysis products; water, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: sand from crushing screenings 50-60, mechanically activated fly ash 10-15, Portland cement 7-8, polymer composite 0.7-0.5 over 100%, water 22-28.
EFFECT: development of road-building material based on man-made soil and waste from thermal power engineering with a strength grade M 100 and expansion of the region's raw material base and minimization of the anthropogenic impact of waste dumps of the gas processing complex and fuel and energy complex.
