FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in development or reconstruction of gas compressor unit and for self-contained power supply of compressor stations. Gas compressor unit consists of combustion chamber installed on shaft of high pressure turbine of axial compressor, low pressure turbine, centrifugal supercharger of natural gas, as well as generator of auxiliary needs (GAN). GAN is connected to shaft by means of hydrostatic drive system, which is in-series connected to each other suction hydraulic line, on which check valve is serially installed, oil filter of fine purification and oil gear pump, pressure hydraulic line, on which are successively installed the first safety valve, pressure gauge, hydraulic control unit, which includes flow regulator and the second safety valve, and adjustable hydraulic motor, return hydraulic line, on which the third safety valve and oil cooler, and oil tank are installed in series. By its inlet and hydraulic return line by its outlet its hydraulic line is connected to oil tank. Output of the first safety valve is connected to input of oil gear pump. Inlet of the second safety valve is connected to the output of the controlled hydraulic motor, and the output of the second safety valve is connected to the input of the adjustable hydraulic motor. Third safety valve inlet is connected to oil cooler inlet while third safety valve outlet is connected to oil cooler outlet. Oil gear pump is connected with shaft ahead of centrifugal pump by means of gear.
EFFECT: disclosed invention makes it possible to create a new gas compressor unit with a GAP and to ensure reliability of operation of a system of hydrostatic GCU GAN drive.
