FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dentistry, and can be used to select an anaesthetic containing a vasoconstrictor in treating dental diseases. That is ensured by measuring the oral mucosa temperature within the planned injection immediately before administering the local anaesthetic. At temperature value of 35.4 °C and higher, use an anaesthetic with high concentration of vasoconstrictor 1:100,000. When temperature is lower than 35.4 °C use an anaesthetic with reduced concentration of vasoconstrictor 1:200,000.
EFFECT: method provides personalizing the choice of the concentration of a vasoconstrictor with a local anaesthetic for effective and safe local anaesthesia in treating dental diseases.
