Gel in amount of 1 gram is injected under the tongue twice a day. In addition, the problem areas of the skin are treated with gel. Course of treatment is not less than 30 days.
EFFECT: method provides an effective treatment for type 2 diabetes by the ability of L-arginine to improve hemodynamics and maintain the energy balance of pancreatic cells.
