Autonomous device for physical break of the audio path circuit comprises a button, a control module, a sound path circuit break module and a safe mode activation indicator, the input of which is connected to the output of the circuit breaker of the audio circuit, group of inputs of which is connected to group of outputs of control module, input of which is connected to button output, group of outputs of circuit break module of audio circuit is connected to group of outputs of device, wherein the control module comprises a Schmitt trigger and a D-trigger whose output is connected to the output of the control module, the input of which is connected to the input of a Schmitt trigger, the output of which is connected to the input of the D-trigger, wherein the audio path circuit break module comprises a relay unit.

EFFECT: preventing the possibility of unauthorized covert listening of conversations of the user, as well as premises, in which negotiations are carried out, by physical break of the audio circuit of the device used for negotiation.
