SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for protection of confidential negotiations conducted in closed room or in open space. Device for protection of confidential negotiations allows to expand functionalities of device for protection of confidential negotiations and to increase ergonomic properties of protection device due to the fact that the device comprises, among other things, an ultrasonic signal filtration unit, the input of which is connected to the microphone output, and the output with the microphone suppression indication unit, the acousto-start unit, input of which is connected to output of two-channel digital adaptive filter, and output is connected to input of electric noise signal generator control unit, wherein the electric noise signal generator control unit output is connected to the electric noise signal generator input.
EFFECT: in case of use by third parties of dictaphone killers, the device will allow detecting this fact and, for example, changing the place of negotiations; and the presence in the device of the spatial acoustic noisy generator disengaging when the negotiation protection is not required, longer time for relatively comfortable negotiation and not be distracted by irritant effects.
