FIELD: refrigerating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vapor pressure refrigeration units and can be used for controlling temperature of liquid coolant carrier in various technological processes. Disclosed is a method of controlling temperature of liquid coolant carrier at evaporator outlet of steam compression cooling plant, which includes temperature measurement coolant carrier at evaporator outlet and volumetric efficiency control, wherein nominal temperature value is fixed coolant carrier at the evaporator outlet and its adjustment range. For fixed value of rated temperature and range of its regulation, nominal value of boiling pressure of coolant in evaporator and range of its adjustment are determined and fixed. Current temperature values are monitored coolant carrier at evaporator outlet, coolant boiling pressure and compressor volume capacity. Comparing obtained values of said temperature coolant carrier and boiling point of coolant with their fixed corresponding nominal values, wherein nominal temperature value coolant carrier at the evaporator outlet is maintained by varying the compressor volume capacity in the range of the refrigerant pressure values in the evaporator corresponding to the nominal temperature control range coolant carrier at the evaporator outlet taking into account the design relationship Pboil.n=ƒ(tout.n), where tout.n – rated temperature values coolant carrier at evaporator outlet; Pboil.n – rated values of boiling point of refrigerant in evaporator; ƒ – function depending on coolant type, coolant carrier and design of evaporator, obtained as a result of calculation of evaporator at different values of heat load on it.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of temperature control coolant carrier at evaporator outlet from above ±½ °C.
