FIELD: fuel purification technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for hydrotreatment of diesel fuel and can be used in oil refining industry. Invention relates to a method for hydrotreating diesel fuel, involving fractionation of straight-run diesel fuel to obtain light and heavy fractions of diesel fuel, followed by separate catalytic hydrotreatment of light and heavy fractions of diesel fuel in parallel in two reactors in the presence of hydrogen-containing gas, separation of hydrogen-containing gas from hydrogenated material and compounding of hydrogenates. Fission limit of light and heavy diesel fractions is determined by means of component-by-stage analysis of amount of individual organosulphur compounds in initial diesel fuel with inclusion into light fraction of mainly monocyclic sulphides and thiophenes, and into heavy – mainly bicyclic thiophenes and accompanying sulphides. Allowable depth of catalytic hydrofining of light and heavy fractions of diesel fuel is limited by optimal concentration and rate of hydrogenation reaction of light- and hard-hydrated organosilicon components of each fraction to minimize total volume of catalyst in both reactors.
EFFECT: reduction of power inputs for preparation of hydrotreating stock and formation of optimum boundary of raw material division into light and heavy fractions with reduction of volume of catalyst in reactors.
