SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method for hydrotreating diesel fuel. The invention is related to a method for hydrotreatment of diesel fuel, including the stage of fractionation of straight-run diesel fuel to obtain light and heavy fractions of diesel fuel, the subsequent stage of separate catalytic hydrotreatment of the obtained light and heavy wide fractions of diesel fuel in parallel in two reactors in the presence of hydrogen-containing gas, the stage of separation of hydrogen-containing gas from hydrogenates and a hydrogenation compounding stage. Additionally, at the stage of fractionation of straight-run diesel fuel, an average wide fraction of diesel fuel is obtained, which is subjected to catalytic hydrotreatment separately from light and heavy wide fractions in the third reactor, compounded with hydrogenates of light and heavy wide fractions and separated from hydrogen-containing gas. The temperature boundary of the separation of light and medium broad fractions and the temperature boundary of the separation of medium and heavy broad fractions at the rectification stage are determined based on the condition of minimizing the catalyst load in three separately operating reactors by mathematical modelling of the hydrotreatment process, implemented collectively in three separately operating reactors, when presenting the composition of the initial diesel fuel, light, medium and heavy wide fractions in form of narrow fractions.

EFFECT: reduction of costs for the catalyst and simplification of the division of the initial diesel fuel into wide fractions due to the simplification of the preparatory analytical part.
