FIELD: sampling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of sampling and preparation of samples for flow gas analysis for oxygen and can be used in chemical industry in production of caprolactam at the stage of cyclohexane oxidation in process of continuous sampling from pipelines or reactors. Method and process line for its implementation consists in that hot sample is withdrawn from reaction gas mixture and quickly passed bottom upwards through vertically installed heat exchanger, in which one or two components of gas mixture, depending on composition of sample, are condensed on cooled surfaces and under action of own gravity in form of azeotrope are separated from main gas flow, merging back into pipeline or reactor.
EFFECT: invention enables to remove from the sample a harmful component, for example cyclohexane, which leads to failure of gas analysers, increases efficiency of chemical reactors and enables to control the technical process and equipment.
