ROTARY POTATO-DIGGER (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A01D17/06

Abstract RU 2692545 C1

FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agricultural machine building. In compliance with first version, potato-digger comprises lifting plowshares (1), intake beater (2), rotary separator and reduction gear (4) with shafts (5-1) and chain drive arranged on common frame. Ploughshares (1) are made in the form of flat cone-shaped plates, from the lower side of the ploughshare they are equipped with hinged-screw suspension to the frame, by means of suspension screw rod the change in the inclination angle of plowshares is provided from 30 to 45°. Behind plowshares (1) there is intake beater (2) made in the form of a square shaft, on which angles and brackets are fixed in crosswise manner, and in the longitudinal grooves of the brackets there are fixed metal plates, rubber-fabric blades and reflecting shields with the possibility of displacement of blades and shields along the grooves to height from 150 to 220 mm. Behind beater (2) there is a rotary separator in the form of a set of shafts (3), which are located parallel to beater (2) and to each other with a process gap S between the shafts equal to 10 mm. On shafts are installed finger rotors, and between them – spacer-screw bushings, through which rotors are displaced along shaft and between rotors is formed separation gap C in range from 30 to 50 mm. Rotors are made from solid rubber in form of original finger surface and disc base with square hole. Rotors surface is made in the form of eight inclined fingers of spherical shape and truncated to the top of the profile. Outer diameter of rotors D1 has ratio 10:1 with thickness of rotors B, which is equal to 30 mm, angle of fingers inclination to rotor disk radius β is 140°, and the fingers height h is equal to 40 mm, the fingers length is 2h. Actuator of beater (2) and separator is performed by three-stage angular reduction gear (4), intermediate shaft (5-1) and longitudinal chain transmission, providing switching of rotation modes within 200, 250 or 300 rpm. In the potato-digger according to the second version, after beater (2) there is a rotary separator in the form of a set of parallel shafts (3) with rotors and their chain drive located at angle of 90° to intake beater axis, and shafts (3) are installed between each other with process gap S equal to 10 mm. Drive of beater (2) and separator is performed by three-stage reduction gear, two intermediate shafts and separate chain transmission providing separate rotation and switching of rotation modes of beater and separator shafts within 200, 250 or 300 rpm.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of potato digger, its universal application, reduced damage of tubers and material consumption of digger.
