FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment. Transformer substation includes power oil transformer, switching and auxiliary equipment. In collectors of oil radiators of transformer there rigidly fixed are thermoelectric converters, hot junctions of which are located at the level providing their contact through a mediator with transformer oil, and cold junctions are brought out of collector for their interaction with environment. Electrical outputs of the converters are in-series connected through a unit of storage batteries, a voltage stabilizer and an inverter to buses of auxiliary needs of the substation.

EFFECT: high efficiency and efficiency factor of the transformer substation owing to conversion of thermal power of the power oil transformer into electrical energy used for auxiliary purposes.
