FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises compartment with storage battery 1, heated walls 2 and bottom 3 with built-in radiator connected to heating system 4 via heat carrier shutoff valve 5, 6, thermoelectric generator 7, pulse voltage inverter 8. Said thermoelectric generator 7 is arranged between bottom 3 and storage battery 1 and electrically connected thereto via said pulse voltage inverter 8.

EFFECT: longer tolerable operation, lower heat power.
