FIELD: valve industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline valves and is intended for rapid shutoff and sealing of in-pipe space of a drill string in case of oil and gas manifestations under high pressure during drilling of oil and gas wells, as well as to prevent discharge of drilling fluid left in swivel (upper power drive) and drill hose after drilling pump shutdown. Ball valve with hydraulic drive comprises housing, in which there are two balls installed in seats mounted in movable supports, and on the other side in contact with seats installed in fixed split bushings, drive of rotation of balls, connected to hydraulic drive mounted on said housing, and is characterized in that hydraulic drive is made in form of movable and fixed units, wherein the fixed assembly is a support mounted on said housing, fixed in axial direction by means of locking rings and provided with cages – internal, rigidly installed on said housing, and external, installed on internal cage, with possibility of rotation, and movable unit is a drive sleeve installed with possibility of movement along said housing by means of two cylinders arranged symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis, rods of which are fixed on drive sleeve in supports, and housing are connected to fixed unit-support. Driving shell is equipped with inner sleeve rigidly installed on said housing, and outer cartridge installed with possibility of rotation on inner sleeve, and in inner sleeve grooves there are three roller assemblies providing centering of inner sleeve relative to said housing, and two rails symmetrically located relative to longitudinal axis, fixed by means of fasteners and engaging with gears installed on hexahedrons, mounted in stops of crane balls rotation mechanism. Problem solved by the invention consists in improvement of reliability of operation of high-pressure BVHD, reduction of downtime of upper power drive during repair of hydraulically driven part, improvement of serviceability (points of lubrication are located outside the housing).
EFFECT: complete absence of problem of wear of seals working under high pressure and at high sliding speeds, as well as possibility of rapid replacement of failed parts and units of hydraulic drive of ball valve without dismantling from upper drive (without long stop of drilling operations) and its disassembly.
