FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, particularly to electromagnetic machines. Technical result is achieved due to that frequencies of currents flowing in stator and rotor windings during the whole period of rotation of the latter are in synchronism at any rotor speed. Magnetoelectric machine contains two inductors from permanent magnets, movable and fixed magnetic conductors and power part from fixed and movable anchors with annular windings. Anchors are hollow cylinder with slots on its outer and inner sides. Movable parts are installed on common shaft of rotation and separated from fixed parts by air gaps. Fixed external anchor winding ends are brought to machine electric terminals. Ends of the winding of the movable central armature are connected to each other in a short time.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of start-up adjusting properties.
