SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, specifically to magnetoelectric machines. Essence of invention consists in fact that generator and motor poles of machine are installed at different levels of internal magnetically conducting wall, which allows to avoid occurrence of spurious EMF in turns of windings of motor poles.

EFFECT: technical result is elimination of forces retarding rotor.
