FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation of liquids by railway tanks and can be used for transportation of liquid propellant, unstable, low-gasated and foaming liquids. Railway tank includes a boiler divided by partitions into compartments, partitions are made of honeycomb panels with possibility of liquid penetration inside, flap disc rotary lock with reducer is installed in lower part of honeycomb panel, reduction gears are interconnected by connecting (synchronous) shafts driven by crank handle.
EFFECT: design prevents waves inside the tank cistern and holds the centre of gravity of the liquid at accelerations and inclinations in a safe position at any level of filling.
