SUBSTANCE: valve comprises: a plurality of segments butt-jointed with the environment of the central space, each segment having first and second protruding in the circumferential direction protrusions protruding towards the central space; valve body located in central space, wherein valve body outer surface faces segments, and its inner surface defines a hole passing through it, wherein first and second projections extending in circumferential direction are made with possibility of being conjugated with valve body outer surface for its fixation in central space; a closing member disposed in said opening, wherein closing member is movable between open and closed positions; a rod attached to the closing element for movement of the closing member between the open and closed positions; and first and second connecting elements arranged on opposite ends of at least two segments for connection of said segments butt-end.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at creation of more efficient compounds that will provide considerable benefit at initial installation and maintenance of pipeline networks.
