FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of flexible composite piezoelectric materials (FKPM), which enables to obtain articles having high deformability and flexibility, for example, in the form of plates, fibers and films, and having a set of electrophysical parameters allowing to use such articles for making hydroacoustic devices, as well as receivers used in instruments of medical ultrasonic diagnostics, emission control, flaw detection, etc. Method of producing piezoceramic material involves mixing ultradispersed oxygen-octahedral type ferroelectric phase powder and a vitreous component of composition Bi8Cd1+xNi3-xO16, where x=0–0.2, taken in ratio of 100:(1–1.2), adding to the mixture a pore-forming agent – benzoic acid or its ammonium salt in volume ratio of the blowing agent / charge of 1/3–3/1, pressing the mixture under pressure of 85–110 MPa, stepwise annealing of the press billet in two steps in the temperature range of 120–980 °C, application of electrodes and polarization of the obtained porous ceramic frame. Produced carcass is impregnated with silicone compound – pentelast®-712, pressed (with partial removal of compound) to content of not less than 70 vol% of ferroelectric phase in composite, flexible electrode is applied and material is repeatedly polarized along its pressing axis. Ultra-disperse powder of the oxygen-octahedral phase is represented by powder of doped phases of the system of lead zirconate-titanate, titanate or zirconate or lead niobate.
EFFECT: increasing longitudinal piezo-parameters and maximum working temperature of piezoceramic material.
