SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the pharmaceutical industry and is a composite for accelerated wound healing of various aetiology, containing ionol, carnosine, colloidal silver, lecithin, triethanolamine, carbopol and water, wherein the components in the composite are in a certain ratio, wt. %, as well as an agent for skin regeneration containing said composite.
EFFECT: invention provides a wider range of therapeutic and preventive agents for accelerated wound healing of various aetiologies and for skin regeneration, does not cause allergic and irritant reactions, has compatibility with traditional means and methods of therapy and prevention and has the possibility of local application.
