SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to medicine and describes gel-base for external application, which includes water phase, which contains modified rarely linked acrylic polymers or based on them suspensions, subjected to electrophysical influence with electrical nonlinear-distorted signals with two intervals of homogeneity, with concentration of rarely linked acrylic polymers in hydro-gel constituting 0.2-0.6% wt, its viscosity being 45-85 Poise, and value of pH equal 7.2±0.2.

EFFECT: gel-base can additionally contain antiseptics, and/or antimicrobial components, and/or antioxidants, and/o antihypoxants, and/or anti-inflammatory components and intensifies wound healing, reduces quantity of purulent complications in their treatment, has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effect.
