SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a manual tooth brush-batcher-dispenser containing a handle, a head with bristles and a tube with a composite suspension, mechanically and hydraulically connected to each other, a diaphragm and a metering pump are introduced. Dosage pump base is mechanically connected with handle, with tube and diaphragm, and spring-loaded hollow rod with piston is mechanically connected with head with bristle and hydraulically with its cavity and with outlet hole and with diaphragm hole made of elastic plate.

EFFECT: implemented is a method of delivering a composite suspension on a brush brist, in which once pressing on the head with the bristle using only finger/fingers of one hand, creation of excess pressure in the cavity closed from the tube with the composite suspension is achieved, and opening the outlet in the head with the bristle by pressing on it with subsequent release and closing of the outlet hole and the cavity of the head with the bristle and creation of rarefaction in the cavity of the tube with the composite suspension.
