FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a seat backrest for a vehicle seat assembly, and more specifically to an internal seat back upper support for seats adapted for driving and sleeping in relation to a vehicle seat assembly. Vehicle seat assembly comprises carcass, seat backrest and headrest supported on carcass, folding plate and elastic cylinder arranged between folding plate and carcass. Frame has first and second lateral elements. Flap plate has the lower rotary pin pivotally connected between the frame side elements. Also, the flap plate is located closer to the upper part of the seat back, below the headrest. Elastic cylinder is located between folding plate and carcass. Elastic cylinder acts between inflated condition and lowered state. In inflated state, flap is turned forward to support one of upper part of back and neck of occupant. In deflated state flap plate is turned back into seat back.
EFFECT: improved comfort during use.
