FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat exchange equipment and can be used for utilization of heat of flue gases of thermal power plants and heating of air supplied for fuel combustion. Heat exchanger-utilizer includes housing with channels for gas passage, separated between each other by tube plate, in which heat sinks are fixed, providing thermal connection between channels, annular gap between tubes of thermosiphon and holes in tube plate is covered by lower rib of finned tube of condensation zone, having elastic gasket, which enables to compensate for linear movements from inaccuracy of installation of ribs on thermosiphon tubes on one manifold to 3 mm, providing gas-tightness between gas-air channels; high temperature of the surface of the thermosiphon tubes in the boiling zone eliminates the process of condensation of acid gases on the outer surface of the tubes in contact with the flue gases which lead to active corrosion of the surface of the tubes of thermosiphons.
EFFECT: preventing corrosion of thermosiphon pipe surface due to reliable overlapping of annular gaps between thermosiphon tubes and holes in the tube plate.
