FIELD: heat exchange apparatus for recovery of heat of dust-laden waste gases of production processes. SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger - recovery unit includes shell with gas-flow passages divided by sections tube sheet mounted on rigid supports with sealing gates; thermosiphons are secured in tube sheet to ensure thermal connection between passages; sections of tube sheet mounted in shell on rigid supports provide for dismantling in vertical plane and forming gas seal due to compression of sealant in sealing gates. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of gas tightness; enhanced efficiency of cleaning heat exchange surfaces without discontinuation of production process. 1 dwg
