SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer equipment. Touch control device comprises: a touch screen, processing means configured to: display a plurality of UI elements on the touch screen, wherein each of plurality of UI elements is associated with action, which is performed in response to touching UI element, determine displayed element UI, probability of the device user's contact to which is high, based on the contact scheme stored in the device data storage or in the data storage available to the device over the communication network, and reflecting the relative probability of the user touching the specific position or area on the touch screen, performing, for the UI elements, probability of the device user's contact to which is high, action associated with the UI element.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced delay of devices operated by user interface based on touch screen.
