SUBSTANCE: invention relates to image analysis for determining deviant behavior of a person in a mode of simultaneous operation of a group of video cameras. Method for determining deviant behavior of a person in a mode of simultaneous operation of a group of video cameras, carried out using a processor, comprises steps, on which a set of trajectories is formed in the area of arrangement of a group of video cameras, each of which characterizes a normal pattern of movement of people in the field of visibility of cameras, obtaining an image of movement of at least one person in the field of video cameras installation, containing a trajectory of movement of a person, wherein the movement path is characterized by spatial coordinates (x, y) and time t of movement of a person in said coordinates, performing clustering of spatial coordinates of movement for each detected trajectory by dividing trajectory of movement on K sections and determining for each section of average values of spatial coordinates (x, y) and time of passage of t sections, determining a human trajectory averaged based on clustering coordinates and comparing it with a normal movement pattern for a given viewing region, human deviant behavior is determined with a deviation index of averaged trajectory of its movement from a normal pattern above a given threshold value.

EFFECT: high accuracy of determining deviant behavior of an individual.
