SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of limiting access to protected objects and can be used in various fields of national economy. Enclosure comprises bearing racks for installation along perimeter of enclosed territory, installed on posts in tension fixed on them through fastening connecting elements flat metal mesh rolled web formed by orthogonally crossing connected to each other in zone of intersection by contact welding of longitudinally and transversely oriented steel wires forming rectangular cells. Mesh blades located between adjacent load-bearing racks have protective means, which are made in form of stepped in the plane of mesh web stretched through its cells in direction of longitudinally oriented and/or transversely oriented wires, flexible plates made of metal and/or from synthetic industrial fabrics. Thickness of plates is (0.3–2.0) mm, width is not more than distance between wire of cell at orientation of plates in appropriate directions.

EFFECT: high operational reliability of the enclosure in a simple design, higher strength and rigidity of the mesh.
