FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: there is offered a group of inventions covering an orthopaedic piece of clothing (versions). According to version 1, the orthopaedic piece of clothing represents an orthopaedic belt with a fastener on the interfaced ends with using a cloth "Velcro", containing back and front parts to be properly fitted on the user's body. The belt parts are made of an anisotropically elastic Rabitz wire-net twisted of flat metal zigzag springs. In the front part there are springs directed across the user's spinal line herewith maintaining flexibility of the wire-net along the spine and elasticity of the wire-net across the spine. The back part of the belt contains a spring directed along the user's spinal line with maintaining elasticity along the spine and flexibility of the wire-net across the spine. According to the 2nd version, the orthopaedic piece of clothing is a cervicobrachial overlay, while according to version 3 it is presented with an orthopaedic bullet-proof vest.
EFFECT: invention is directed on lessening the weight and reducing the thickness of orthopaedic piece of clothing providing spinal unload.
