FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is control method of electromagnetic valve (20) with control coil (44) for controlling air pressure in brake cylinder of electrically-pneumatic brake. Electromagnetic valve (20) has supply voltage side (30), on which electric supply current is selected by means of control coil (44), and reference potential side (32), on which electric supply current is supplied by means of control coil. When implementing the method, a control signal is sent on the side of electromagnetic valve (20). Measuring signal is picked up on opposite side of solenoid valve (20). Electromagnetic valve (20) state is determined based on comparison of control signal and measurement signal. Invention covers also control device and electropneumatic brake.

EFFECT: improved control of electromagnetic valve.
