FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a building comprising at least two separate spaces and an air treatment system, which includes indirect evaporation cooling, as well as an air cooling method. Air treatment system comprises central air drying unit connected by pipeline network with two or more local evaporation cooling devices, wherein each of the local evaporating devices is connected to a separate building space, wherein the local evaporative cooling device comprises one or more cooling channels provided with an inlet and an outlet for air, and one or more evaporating channels provided with an inlet and an outlet for air, cooling and evaporating channels are separated by a transfer wall, wherein one or more evaporating channels are equipped with means for humidifying the transfer wall with possibility of passage of evaporation in the evaporation channel, wherein central plant for air drying comprises inlet for air obtained outside building, and outlet for dried air, which is connected to local evaporative cooling devices, at that outlet of one or more cooling channels is connected with inner area of separate space while outlet of one or more evaporation channels is connected with outer area of separate space.
EFFECT: this allows reducing the diameter of pipelines passing through the building, and each local evaporation cooling device can be independently controlled in accordance with air conditioning requirements per separate space.
