FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of generating pseudorandom binary balanced sequences with autocorrelation properties used in broadband communication systems, in radars with continuous emission, as well as in cryptography. Generator of periodic pseudorandom binary sequences of complex structure with correlation properties close to ideal, comprising series-connected m-sequence generator over GF(pm) of length pn-1, where n=2m, (pm-1) = 0 (mod 4), unit for converting m-sequence output symbol in form of m-bit p-ary number in bit binary number, binary outputs of which are connected to corresponding address inputs ROM, characterized by that volume ROM is equal to pmx2 bits and additionally includes converter from parallel binary code to serial, two inputs of which are connected to corresponding two outputs ROM.
EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of correlation properties of sequences close to ideal due to symbols interleaving.
