SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to agriculture. Method of producing a microbial preparation for biological modification of mineral fertilizers involves mixing a culture suspension of microorganisms with a carrier, wherein the microorganisms culture used is a rhizosphere spore-forming bacteria strain in the form of a bacterial suspension concentrate with a titre of not less than 1×109 CFU/ml, wherein the rhizosphere spore-forming bacteria used are bacteria of the type Bacillus subtilis and their metabolites, and the carrier is a natural sorbent based on silicon-containing rocks in form of one of the elements of the series: diatomite, gaize, tripoli, zeolite, kaolin, wherein mixing is carried out in an intense turbo-blade mixer with simultaneous fine dispersion of the concentrate of the bacterial suspension onto the carrier through a nozzle at a pressure of not less than 2 atm, the ratio of the concentrate of the bacterial suspension and carrier being 0.02:1 pts.wt. Method of biological modification of mineral fertilizers involves application of microbial preparation on surface of granules of mineral fertilizers.

EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of modified fertilizers.
