FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to climatic plants and air conditioning systems and can be used in administrative and public buildings. Proposed plant comprises, at least, one coarse filter and one fine filter, heat exchanger and ultrasonic sprayer with nozzle, placed successively in the housing. Latter is configured to finely spray a biologically active preparation containing bacteria spores from a group of B. subtilis, B. amyloliquefaciens, B. licheniformis, B. pumilus, B. Megaterium, in an amount determined by formula: G=0.02·k·F, where G is the biologically active preparation ml/cycle; F is area of room, m2; k is a coefficient varying in range from 1.05 to 1.2 depending on branching of the room ventilation system. Plant also comprises a container for storing a biologically active preparation with a sensor of its level, a fan and includes a built-in control controller, connected by a wire link to a temperature sensor and an ultrasonic sprayer, to an electromagnetic pump, a biologically active preparation level sensor, a fan, as well as a carbon dioxide sensor in the treated room. Ultrasonic sprayer is connected to a storage container for biologically active preparation through an electromagnetic valve, as well as through an electromagnetic pump and shut-off valves. At that, "c.pCO" control controller, ultrasonic sprayer, nozzle of ultrasonic sprayer "HumiSonic compact" – manufacturer "CAREL INDUSTRIES S.p.A"; there is used a coarse filter, a fine filter, a heat exchanger, a fan "Klimat-5S-PVP-Ks-5-TvHvU-PE-O-V" of the Russian manufacturer OOO "NTC EUROVENT".
EFFECT: higher quality of cleaning air supplied to the room, while normalizing the microbiological balance in the ventilation system of the building.
